  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-Built Products: Custom configurations or specially manufactured products.
  • Digital Products: Any software or digital items, unless found defective.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not covered by warranty.

Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@comeovergaming.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Approval: Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate it and send you a return authorization and instructions if approved.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns that are not due to product defects or shipping errors.
