The COG-MCS790 is a professional crane operation simulator engineered for training, skills assessment and safe operator development, without the cost, risk or downtime of a real machine. Built around COG motion technology, it reproduces authentic load dynamics and cabin movement that mirror the feel of operating at height.

Powered by the Actuon Ecosystem

Motion is delivered by Actuon, the motion control technology COG designs and builds in-house: the Actuon8 motion controller, the Actuon-SIB safety module and COG control wiring, driven by Actuon Control Manager Professional Edition, supplied with the system under licence.

Load dynamics are what separate a convincing crane simulator from a moving seat. A suspended load swings, lags and keeps moving after the operator stops. Reproducing that requires motion that responds cleanly to small inputs and reverses without slack — which is why COG builds the motion chain rather than assembling it.
